The overall mission of Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) is to disseminate, teach, and apply the methodology of evidence-based medicine across Tufts University and its affiliates. EBM, which is located in The Center for Clinical Evidence Synthesis (or Tufts Evidence-based Practice Center), assists in exploring the evidence base, with and for Tufts investigators, from which further vital, innovative translational research can emerge, and assists researchers in improving their understanding of research performed to date and in identifying and enhancing their future research opportunities.
